Do you have a Physical Location?

No, we are an online store located in Little Rock, Arkansas 72223. Our hours are 9am-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm Saturday, and 12pm-4pm on Sunday. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Depending on shipping arrangement please allow anywhere between 1-3 business days for us to process items for shipping. 

 

What is your shipping and exchange policy?

You are able to exchange merchandise within 14 BUSINESS DAYS of original receipt of purchase. Keep in mind all shipping and handling fees will also be non-refundable. With many of our items being exclusive brands most items are limited quantity.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information. Also we provide tracking your order options on our website.

 

Am I able to return my order?

We do not accept returns but we do accept exchanged items that are unopened and in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How do I return or exchange my order?

We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file if you do not consider exchanging. Store Credit is always able to be used immediately and with no expiration date attached. Also you are responsible for returning shipping charges. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.
